(一)我国邮电企业和其他工业企业的管理工作一样,正以提高经济效益为中心,开始实现由生产服务型向生产经营服务型的转变。只有实现这种转变,才能跟上全国经济体制改革的步伐。
(1) The postal and telecommunications enterprises in our country, like those in other industrial enterprises, are starting to realize the transformation from a production service type to a production and service type with a focus on improving economic efficiency. Only by realizing this transformation can we keep up with the pace of the national economic reform.
