随着时代的发展,我国已经成为世界第二大经济体,经济实力稳步提升,在这一过程中,国有、私有企业起到了重要的支柱作用。因此,国有和私有企业就需要大量的高端技术人才来为国家的发展做出贡献,在这一过程中,企业人力资源统计工作就显得极其的重要。没有正确地做好企业人力资源统计工作,就不能保障人才的供应,也就不能更好地发展国有和私有企业,进而导致国民经济增速的放缓乃至衰退。本文将对现如今我国企业人力资源统计工作的现状进行探讨,并提出完善企业人力资源统计工作的措施。
With the development of the times, our country has become the second largest economy in the world and its economic strength has steadily risen. In this process, the state-owned and private-owned enterprises have played an important and pillaring role. Therefore, state-owned and private enterprises need a large number of high-end technical personnel to contribute to the development of the country. In this process, the work of human resources statistics becomes extremely important. Failure to do a good job in the statistics of human resources of enterprises can not guarantee the supply of qualified personnel and will not be able to better develop state-owned and private-owned enterprises, leading to a slowdown in the growth of the national economy and even a recession. This article will discuss the status quo of the human resources statistics in our country nowadays and put forward the measures to perfect the human resources statistics in the enterprises.
