[目的]提高对学校结核病疫情的认识。[方法]对3起乡村中学结核病疫情处理进行回顾性分析。[结果]发现活动性肺结核41例,其中涂阳肺结核3例,PPD试验阳性率为25.4%。[结论]提高对青少年/青壮年结核病患者的警惕性。 [Objective] To raise awareness of the epidemic of tuberculosis in schools. [Method] Retrospective analysis of tuberculosis outbreak in 3 middle schools in rural areas. [Results] 41 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found, of which 3 cases were smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis. The positive rate of PPD test was 25.4%. [Conclusion] To raise the vigilance of adolescent / young adult patients with tuberculosis.
