面对贫困山区的学生,做好学困生和后进生的转化工作,任重道远;我扎根山区,我爱小学数学教学,更爱班主任工作,面对贫困山区的学生,积极做好小学数学“学困生”的转化工作。
In the face of impoverished mountainous areas, students should have a long way to go before they can learn hard and survive. I take root in mountainous areas and I love elementary school math teaching. I love class teacher and students in poor mountainous areas. Poor students "conversion work.
