目的 :研究兔膝关节软骨下自体骨移植后不同固定时间对关节软骨的影响。方法 :健康大耳白兔 54只按术后膝关节不同固定时间随机分为A、B、C 3组。建立膝关节软骨下自体骨移植的动物模型 ,于术后 8周取材 ,采用光镜、透射电镜对关节软骨进行形态学观察。结果 :A组 2 4 %的关节软骨出现退变 ;B组 1 3 %的关节软骨出现退变 ;C组 2 0 3 %关节软骨出现退变。B组与A组、C组相比 ,有显著性差异。结论 :术后合理负重可降低关节软骨退变的发生率。
Objective: To study the effect of different fixation time on articular cartilage after autologous bone graft in rabbit knee joint. Methods: 54 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into A, B and C groups according to the knee joint at different fixed time after operation. Animal models of autologous articular cartilage grafts under the knee were established. The rabbits were drawn at 8 weeks after operation. The articular cartilage was observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: Twenty-four percent of articular cartilage degenerated in group A, 13.3% of articular cartilage degenerated in group B, and 230% of articular cartilage degenerated in group C. B group and A group, C group compared to significant differences. Conclusion: After a reasonable weight-bearing can reduce the incidence of degeneration of articular cartilage.
