目的观察银杏叶提取物凝胶(Extract ginkgo biloba Gel EGB Gel)治疗复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer ROU)的短期疗效。方法复发性口腔溃疡100例随机分为两组,实验组采用银杏叶提取物凝胶局部涂擦,对照组采用西瓜霜喷剂。观察两组溃疡期和疼痛程度的改变。结果同对照组相比较,实验组溃疡期和疼痛程度显著减轻,结果具有统计学意义。结论银杏叶提取物凝胶对复发性口腔溃疡具有较好的短期临床疗效。
Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of Extract ginkgo biloba Gel EGB Gel in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU). Methods One hundred cases of recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with gel of Ginkgo biloba extract, while the control group was treated with watermelon frost spray. The changes of ulcer stage and pain degree in both groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group significantly reduced the degree of ulcer and pain, the results were statistically significant. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract gel has good short-term clinical efficacy on recurrent oral ulcer.
