一、问题的提出当前初中数学课堂普遍存在三种状态:一是课堂纪律好,但有部分学生学习被动、精神不集中,偶尔做小动作;二是课堂纪律一般,学生课堂讲话、做小动作现象多,课堂有时吵.三是课堂纪律很不好,数学教师要经常中断正常教学过程组织教学,甚至学生捣乱课堂,以至无法正常实施课堂教学,课堂管理失效.现在初中生的生源背景成份复杂,数学基础知识参差不齐.数学课又不同于其他科类的教学方式,很少能古今中外的旁征博引、高谈阔论,既没有令人扼腕叹
