民法时效制度是一项法律制度,同时也是一种重要的民事法律制度,民法时效制度重在保护公民的合法权益,维护社会的稳定,维护公民的合法财产,世界上大部分国家的法律都涉及到民法时效制度,而且民法时效制度也在各个国家中发挥着重要的作用,因此,本文将对民法时效制度进行全面、深入的分析,发现我国民法时效制度运用中存在的问题,并提出几点合理化建议,以期为完善民法时效制度提供有益的参考。
