本文从素食饮食的现状出发,重点对扬州的素食饮食文化的开发现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了推进扬州素食文化的开发的建议和意见。扬州饮食文化蕴含着丰富的地域、民俗和社会环境诸多因素,是扬州历史文化的重要组成部分。随着经济的发展,人们物质生活水平不断提高,许多人注重调整饮食结构,注重保健和保养,特别是注意对高脂肪饮食的控制,基于此,素菜已越来越受人们的青睐。
Based on the current status of vegetarian diet, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the development of vegetarian diet culture in Yangzhou and puts forward suggestions and suggestions on promoting the development of vegetarian culture in Yangzhou. Yangzhou food culture contains a wealth of geographical, folk and social environment many factors, is an important part of historical and cultural Yangzhou.
