变态反应性鼻炎一般分为常年性变态反应性鼻炎与季节性变态反应性鼻炎两种。常年性变态反应性鼻炎的变应原主要是室尘、螨和霉菌以及某些工业粉尘等,一般通称为“过敏性鼻炎”;季节性变态反应性鼻炎的变应原主要是由花粉引起,故也称花粉症。现将我院收治的108例简要分述如下。一般资料1.病人来自全国各地,系成批疗养的飞行人员,少部分是地面人员及周围单位的人员。经病史询问、临床检查和特异性皮肤试验,诊断为常年性变态反应性鼻炎50例,季节性变态反应性鼻炎58例。
