ESP教学已成全国高校英语教学改革的一大趋势。本文从ESP教师师资现状分析出ESP教师的师资不足,从而提出从定位培养计划,构建课程体系,设置学历层次,开展合作办学和加强实践培训这三大方面进行改进。在ESP教师的师资发展及专业培养上进行了初步探讨,旨在引发后人深思,推动ESP师资队伍建设。 ESP teaching has become a national trend of college English teaching reform. This paper analyzes the shortage of teachers in ESP teachers from the status quo of teachers in ESP, and puts forward the improvement from the following three aspects: positioning training plan, constructing curriculum system, setting academic level, conducting cooperation in running schools and strengthening practical training. ESP teachers in teacher development and professional training conducted a preliminary discussion aimed at triggering future generations to ponder and promote ESP faculty building.
