用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法检测ｐ５３在髓母细胞瘤中的表达，探讨ｐ５３的表达与髓母细胞瘤的分化程度、组织学类型、部位、大小及患者年龄、性别、病史之间的关系。结果表明，ｐ５３的表达与肿瘤的分化程度有关，肿瘤分化程度越低，ｐ５３的表达率越高，与肿瘤的组织学类型、部位、大小及患者性别、年龄、病史之间差异无显著性，即与这６项参数无关，这可能与髓母细胞瘤是一种原始未分化的肿瘤有关
The expression of p53 in medulloblastoma was detected by immunohistochemistry ABC method. The relationship between the expression of p53 and the differentiation degree, histological type, location, size of medulloblastoma, and the age, sex, and history of the patient were investigated. The results showed that the expression of p53 was related to the degree of tumor differentiation. The lower the degree of tumor differentiation, the higher the expression rate of p53, and there was no significant difference between the histological type, location, size, and patient’s gender, age, and medical history. That is, irrespective of these 6 parameters, this may be related to the fact that medulloblastoma is a primitive undifferentiated tumor.
