针对股骨头坏死保留自身髋关节是公认的治疗目标,但保髋治疗有较高的失败率,主要的原因是目前临床中缺乏有效预测塌陷风险和防治塌陷的方法。基于影像学(主要是X片和磁共振成像)的股骨头坏死塌陷预测方法均存在局限性,无法满足实际保髋手术需求,亟待开发新的方法。其中有限元分析就是一个方向,另外对股骨头坏死塌陷的机制研究也是重点突破口。“,”Hip-preserved treatment for the femoral head osteonecrosis is still the well accepted treatment goal,however,the hip-preserved treatment still hase higher failure rate,mainly because the lack of effective methods of forecasting and preventing collapse in clinical.The imaging based predictive method mainly includes X-ray and MRI,which are still unable to meet the actual needs of predicting collapse and preserving hip.New methods are in urgent demand,and finite element analysis( FEA) may be a good option.Besides, the investigation of the mechanism of collapse of osteonecrosis of femoral head is also a key breakthrough .
