目的:观察糖消汤联合贝那普利片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:选取早期糖尿病肾病患者42例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予贝那普利片治疗,治疗组在贝那普利片基础上加用糖消汤治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)均有下降,肾小球滤过率(GFR)上升,但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:糖消汤联合贝那普利片治疗早期糖尿病肾病具有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Decoction combined with benazepril in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Forty-two patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, while those in control group were treated with benazepril tablets. The treatment group was treated with bexapang on the basis of benazepril tablets. Results: The urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), serum cystatin C (CysC) and the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of the treatment group and the control group all decreased, but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group Statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: Decoction combined with benazepril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has a significant effect.
