经省委、省政府同意,现将《关于党政机关领导干部公务用车超标准问题的处理意见》印发给你们,请认真遵照执行。关于党政机关领导干部公务用车超标准问题的处理意见按照中央和省委、省政府关于配备和使用小汽车的有关规定,现对我省党政机关领导干部超标准公务用车问题提出如下处理意见:一、凡违反鄂办发[2001]8号文件规定配备的超标准小汽车,都必须进行处理。对手续齐全、合法,证件有效的超标准车辆,由各单位进行整改;对手续不全、非法,证件无效的车辆,按干部管辖权限由纪检监察机关配合有关部门将其封存,另行处理。
