Strengthening the management of foreign investment, cracking down on domestic oligarchs in financial industries, maintaining the social security system and focusing on benefits and the people are important measures for preventing economic risks and safeguarding economic security in Russia and an important guarantee for their economy to eventually regain growth. This plays an important enlightenment role for China in strengthening risk prevention and safeguarding economic security during the transition period.
