[目的]观察桑白皮汤联合西药治疗成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例纠正电解质平衡,利尿;地塞米松30~50mg/d。治疗组36例桑白皮汤(瓜蒌、黄芩、半夏、山栀、贝母、茜草各12g,白茅根30g,苍耳子12g,山慈菇15g,山豆根12g,臭牡丹30g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚各一次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,明显好转9例,死亡3例,总有效率91.67%。对照组痊愈19例,明显好转12例,死亡9例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]桑白皮汤联合西药治疗成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of mulberry white soup and western medicine on adult acute respiratory distress syndrome. [Methods] Using randomized parallel method, 76 inpatients were divided into two groups according to random number table. Control group of 40 patients to correct electrolyte balance, diuretic; dexamethasone 30 ~ 50mg / d. In the treatment group, 36 cases of Sangbaibai Decoction (Quince, Scutellaria, Pinellia, Gardenia, Fritillaria, Rubia Cordyceps 12g, Rhizoma Imperatae 30g, Cocklebur 12g, Capsicum Mountain 15g, Capsicum root 12g, stinky peony 30g) , 1 / d, decoction 300mL, sooner or later each time. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 14d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 9 cases improved obviously, 3 cases died, the total effective rate was 91.67%. The control group cured 19 cases, 12 cases improved significantly, 9 cases died, the total effective rate was 72.50%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Sangbubi decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect in treating adult acute respiratory distress syndrome and is worth promoting.
