目前,在华北平原地区发展种植啤酒大麦,选择适宜栽培的品种是至关重要的。比较理想的品种应是:既能较好地适应这一地区的生态条件和耕作制度的要求——农艺性状优良,又要符合制麦、酿酒工艺的需要——酿造品质性状较好,两者均要兼顾。为了探讨这方面的问题,笔者仅就华北平原地区春播啤酒大麦的品种选择问题(包括引种和新品种选育)提出几点看法,供参考。关于农艺性状的选择标准 (一)早熟性: 华北平原地区受生态条件的限制和出于耕作制度的要求,对春播啤酒大麦成熟期的要求是较严格的,必须早熟。如成熟较晚,会遇到高温逼熟遇雨季易霉捂,造成籽粒饱
