课堂教学与课后辅导是相辅相成的,课堂教学离开课后辅导,学生教育就会达不到新课程标准的要求,教学质量就得不到保证,如何在新课标下保证教学质量,达到生本要求,本人就课堂教学结合课后辅导进行了一些总结并与同行进行探讨。
