为学习贯彻十七大精神,落实“国家尊重和保障人权”的宪法原则,提高中央国家机关干部的人权理论知识水平,国务院新闻办公室于2007年12月11日至12月14日在北京举行了“中央国家机关干部人权知识培训班”。来自中央国家机关以及中央新闻单位的40多名与人权宣传工作相关的干部参加了培训。
