鱼受到污染后,人们再食用就可能发生急、慢性中毒,甚至可以致人于死地。为此,下面特介绍几种鉴别鱼是否受污染的简单方法。看鱼眼:正常鱼眼稍微突出,富有色光,光泽透明;而受到污染的鱼,眼球浑浊,失去正常光泽,有的眼球明显外突。看鱼鳃:正常鱼鳃呈鲜红色或淡红色,排列整齐,鱼的腰鳍紧贴在肚子上;而有大量毒物积蓄在体内的鱼,鱼鳃呈白色,其状粗糙,鱼的腰鳍张开,且很硬。
