目前国内生产犁铧的中、小型工厂,加工犁铧铧刃时,大多采用在刨床或专用设备上用仿形方法加工制造刃部的工艺.近几年来,随着热挤压工艺的发展,在犁壁、刮土铲等农机产品中已经广泛地采用了热挤压工艺.犁铧刃部也采用热挤压的方法加工,工艺简单、生产效率高、便于流水作业生产. 犁铧刃部热挤压工艺的实质,是加热的犁铧坯料受到楔形上模的挤压作用,当挤压力超过金属屈服点时,金属就开始滑动,因下模是一块坚硬的平板,这时犁铧就被楔形上模挤出需要的铧刃(图1).采用该工艺,能在一次加热中完成切前刃部和挤刃口工序,此外,利用余热还可以充分进行冲孔和切去刃口余块这两工序.采用这种方法制造犁铧,因为坯料是在高温下挤刃,还具有只需要小吨位机床和模具结构简单
