澳大利亚国立参比实验室(NRL)是亚太地区影响广泛、具有出色领导能力的医学检测机构。作为其实验室质量保证解决方案的NRL EQAS项目,集系统化、可持续性教育、培训与合作于一体,截至2013年1月,已为全球64个国家和地区586家传染病检测机构提供了室间质量评价服务,得到国际输血界的普遍认可。本文从分析NRL EQAS项目优势入手,讨论我国室间质评项目在资源整合、方案构建、方法学积累等方面与其存在的差距;从分析NRL运作入手,讨论其与我国室间质评项目组织者相比,在机构资质、政府支持与战略定位等方面具备的优势;进而提出:通过借鉴NRL发展理念与NRL EQAS项目的优势,我国应进一步发展独立自主室间质评体系,扭转目前室间质评的低效运作与丰富参评资源向海外流失局面,积极促进我国传染性疾病诊断事业的发展。
