2012年10月21-22日,由北京大学人力资源开发与管理研究中心、首都经济贸易大学劳动经济学院、中国人才研究会和中国人力资源开发研究会主办,北京大学政府管理学院行政管理学系和北京大学政府管理学院人才与人力资源研究所承办的“201 2中国领导人才论坛”在北京大学开幕,近200位专家学者、政府及企业界代表齐聚一堂,从不同角度、不同层面深入探讨了领导人才的开发与领导力提升的方法与途径。
