对锅炉的汽温对象特性进行了分析,针对锅炉运行中负荷大幅度变化、炉膛吹灰或启停磨煤机等大扰动工况下的汽温控制问题,提出了基于智能混合模型预测控制的方法,采用逻辑和模型预测控制相结合的策略来维持主蒸汽和再热蒸汽温度在额定值附近.将该方法成功应用于1台600 MW机组,运行结果表明:在大扰动工况下,采用智能混合模型预测控制的策略,可明显改善汽温控制品质,减少机组超温次数.
In this paper, the characteristics of temperature and temperature of the boiler are analyzed.
