The actual performance of cadres is the concentrated expression and comprehensive reflection of the quality of cadres’ moral integrity and is the basic basis for using cadres. To do a good job of performance appraisal work is of great significance to inspire the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of cadres, improve the accuracy of selecting and employing people, and create a good guidance for selecting people and strengthening the ranks of cadres. However, at present, in assessing the actual performance of cadres, the personnel departments in some local organizations are often criticized by the cadres who seek “immediate results” due to their in-depth and meticulous work and simple working methods
