精原细胞瘤是睾丸肿瘤中最常见的一种,多为单侧,双侧者较少,而双侧同时发生者更属罕见。缪廷杰等于1980年报告的110例睾丸肿瘤病例中,双侧同时发生者仅有2例。我院最近遇到1例现报道如下:患者男性,32岁,已婚,工人,住院号241511。1981年2月23日因双侧“睾丸”肿大而住院。一年前,无意中发现双侧阴囊内有肿物,右侧较著,但无不适。半年后,右侧阴囊内肿物已增大至鹅蛋大,伴有局部,腰及右下腹部胀痛,并有低热。发病后体重 Seminoma is the most common type of testicular tumor, mostly unilateral, bilateral less, while both sides are more rare.
