静脉输注药物混合服务(pharmacy latravenous Admixture Servies)简称输液配置服务(PIVAS)。简单地说,是指药士(师)或护士(师)在药剂科的质量监控下,在无菌环境中,进行静脉输注药物的混合和重构置~([1])。目前在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等许多国家已广泛地开展了此项服务,输液配置的设备和流程也不断被改造和完善。国内上海也有许多医院如上海市静安区中心医院,上海东方医院、第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院,上海市第六人民医院等药剂科均开设了此项业务,并正在制定输液配置服务的标准。
Pharmacy latravenous Admixture Servies, referred to as Infusion Set Services (PIVAS). Simply put, refers to the pharmacist (nurse or teacher) under the quality supervision of the Pharmacy Department, in a sterile environment for intravenous infusion of drug mixing and reconstruction ~ ([1]). At present, this service has been widely carried out in many countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia and the like, and the equipment and processes of infusion configuration are constantly being modified and perfected. Shanghai also has many hospitals in Shanghai, such as Jing'an District Central Hospital, Shanghai Oriental Hospital, the Second Military Medical University Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital and other pharmacies have opened this business, and is developing infusion service standards .
