目的研究溴敌隆颗粒毒饵是否适合武汉居民住宅及住宅楼灭鼠。方法在住宅楼梯及长外廊投放少量稻谷毒饵测试老鼠盗食点,再在盗食点投放颗粒毒饵,每周处理1次,试验8周。灭前、灭后用粉迹板测试鼠密度。实验人员每周一次进入分散的居民住宅,用溴敌隆颗粒毒饵灭鼠,并对居民进行面对面灭鼠宣传,直到鼠情消失或试验期达到8周。试验结束前评估灭效。结果灭前住宅楼梯及长外廊老鼠阳性率60.0%,灭后阳性率4.7%,灭效92.2%。入户测试住宅64户,8周灭鼠有效、部分有效及无效住宅分别占76.6%、12.5%及10.9%。有效户和部分有效户8周平均用颗粒毒饵170 g。结论溴敌隆颗粒毒饵适合用于武汉居民住宅及住宅楼灭鼠。
Objective To study whether bromadiolone bait is suitable for rodent control in residential and residential buildings in Wuhan. Methods A small amount of rice poison bait was put into the residential staircase and the long vestibule to test the rat stealing food point. Conclusion Bromadiolone granules bait suitable for residential and residential buildings in Wuhan rodent control.
