掺铵或掺钕和镥的钇铝石榴石至今仍是最好的激光晶体而被广泛地应用。 钇铝石榴石的化学计量学至今未研究过。不时地怀疑在石榴石组成的邻近存在固溶体。这些问题具有重大的理论和实际意义。 本文分析了用引上法生长的两种掺杂的13组YAG晶体。证明其组成与熔体组成、生长条件和炉内气氛无关,都是富稀土的。首次确定了这种晶体的化学式及其组成的变动范围。
Yttrium aluminum garnets doped with ammonium or neodymium and acenaphthene are still the best laser crystals and are widely used. The stoichiometry of yttrium aluminum garnet has not been studied so far. From time to time it is suspected that there is a solid solution in the vicinity of the garnet composition. These issues have great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, two kinds of doped YAG crystals grown by the Cepstral method are analyzed. Proves its composition and melt composition, growth conditions and furnace atmosphere has nothing to do, are rich in rare earth. For the first time, the chemical formula of this crystal and the range of its composition were determined.
