随着重油催化裂化技术的不断发展,该领域所应用的重叠式两段再生科技具有显著的无二次燃烧、烟道构造简单、耗风烧焦量少等特点。我国部分石油化工厂在了解重油的催化裂化重叠式两段再生技术之后,将其与现有的管理机制、石油生产技术平台相结合,致力于提升炼油厂的综合实力。本文通过深入研究催化裂化重叠两段再生技术的内容与特点,并在与并列式重油再生技术进行全面对比的基础上,提出改进重叠式两段再生技术的具体措施。
With the continuous development of heavy oil catalytic cracking technology, the overlapped two-stage regeneration technology used in this field has the characteristics of no secondary combustion, simple structure of the flue gas channel and less burnt air consumption. Some petrochemical plants in China understand the heavy oil catalytic cracking overlay two-stage regeneration technology, its existing management mechanism, the oil production technology platform, is committed to enhancing the overall strength of the refinery. In this paper, through deep research on the content and characteristics of two overlapping regeneration technologies of catalytic cracking, and on the basis of an overall comparison with the parallel heavy oil regeneration technologies, some specific measures to improve the overlapping two-stage regeneration technology are proposed.
