根据非轴对称光学表面的特点,在经过改造的金刚石车床上附加了一个快速伺服刀架,用来完成刀具的高速轴向进给运动,实现了非轴对称光学表面的加工.介绍了快速伺服刀架的动态特性;研究了与之相适应的高速数字控制系统及控制方法,介绍了初步的实验结果.
According to the characteristics of the non-axisymmetric optical surface, a fast servo turret is attached to the modified diamond lathe for high-speed axial feed movement of the tool to realize the non-axisymmetric optical surface machining. The dynamic characteristics of the fast servo turret are introduced. The corresponding high speed digital control system and its control method are studied, and the preliminary experimental results are introduced.
