当前,在建立杉木无性系种子园时,普遍沿用“壮砧、高接、留轮枝”(简称高接)的嫁接方法。为寻求更适合于采种母树树冠矮化要求和便于利用大砧嫁接建园的可能性,我们用“大砧、低接(简称低接)的方法建立种子园,现将试验结果小结于下: 一、试验方法用1977年定植的5年生树作砧木(高3.3米、地径6.9厘米),在离地面20—25厘米处断砧,选收集圃内树冠上部粗壮的枝条作接穗,截为穗顶和次段穗,用切接法接于砧木两侧,不留轮枝。1981年3月上旬嫁接的种子园
At present, in the establishment of Chinese fir clonal seed orchard, generally follow the “strong anvil, high access, stay round branches” (referred to as high access) grafting methods.
