为研究高转移人卵巢癌细胞系HO8910PM及其母系HO8910多基因表达情况及其彼此关系,采用SP免疫组化染色方法,观察了9种基因产物的表达。结果显示,除bax外,其余8种基因产物在2株细胞均呈不同程度的阳性表达。在HO8910PM细胞系中,以p53、CyclinD1、CD44V6、EGFR的表达强度强于母系;而p16、nm23表达强度则较母系弱。2株细胞cerbB2、bcl2表达无明显不同。结果表明,HO8910PM是一株较母系HO8910更具侵袭和转移生长潜能的细胞株。同时也证实肿瘤的发生、浸润和转移是多基因参于、多阶段协同作用的结果
In order to study the multi-gene expression of HO8910PM and its maternal HO8910 in highly metastatic human ovarian cancer cell line HO8910 and its relationship with each other, SP immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of nine gene products. The results showed that in addition to bax, the other eight kinds of gene products in two different levels of cells showed a positive expression. The expression of p53, CyclinD1, CD44V6 and EGFR in HO8910PM cell line was stronger than that in maternal line, while the expression level of p16 and nm23 was weaker than that in maternal line. 2 cells c erbB 2, bcl 2 expression was no significant difference. The results showed that, HO 8910PM is a more invasive and metastatic growth potential than the maternal HO 8910 cell lines. Also confirmed that the occurrence of tumors, infiltration and metastasis is multi-gene reference, multi-stage synergistic results
