钢铁中钒的光度法测定有钽试剂萃取法、二苯胺磺酸钠法、PAR—H_2O_2法和5—Br—PADAP—H_2O_2法等。前者灵敏度较低(ε_(525)=0.5×10~4),而且要用有机溶剂萃取。二苯胺磺酸钠法影响因素较多,还未见有实用的方法。后两个方法的显色剂属于2—吡啶偶氮衍生物,测钒灵敏度较高,本文是在文献工作基础上,对 PAR—H_2O_2法作了一些改进。改进后的方法能适用于含钒<0.5%的钢铁中钒的测定。
Spectrophotometric determination of vanadium in steel with tantalum reagent extraction method, sodium diphenylamine sulfonate method, PAR-H_2O_2 method and 5-Br-PADAP-H_2O_2 method. The former sensitivity is low (ε_ (525) = 0.5 × 10 ~ 4), but also with organic solvent extraction. Sodium diphenylamine sulfonate affect many factors, but there is no practical method. The latter two methods belong to the 2-pyridylazo derivatives, and have high sensitivity to vanadium. Based on the literature work, this article made some improvements to the PAR-H_2O_2 method. The improved method can be applied to the determination of vanadium in steel containing <0.5% vanadium.
