城市埋地钢制燃气管网的失效影响因素复杂,运行日久,加之城市建设的发展和人口密度的增加,给城市燃气管网的安全运行带来巨大的风险和压力。构建城市埋地钢制燃气管网风险评估体系,进而建立城市燃气管网的综合管理体制显得相当必要和紧迫。本文概述了国内外埋地钢制燃气管网风险评估研究的发展历程,分析了国内外燃气管网风险评估技术的现状,从技术和管理2个层面的8个层次提出了构建城市埋地钢制燃气管网风险评估体系的设想,从而实现燃气管网风险的动态管理,确保燃气管网长久安全可靠运行,以期使城市燃气管网的安全管理提高到一个新的高度。
The complicated and long-term failure factors of the buried steel gas pipeline network in the city, coupled with the development of urban construction and the increase of population density, bring tremendous risks and pressures to the safe operation of the urban gas pipeline network. It is quite necessary and urgent to construct the risk assessment system of steel buried gas network in urban areas and establish the integrated management system of urban gas pipelines. This paper summarizes the history of the research on the risk assessment of buried gas pipeline network at home and abroad, analyzes the current status of gas pipeline risk assessment technology both at home and abroad, and puts forward the measures to construct the buried steel of city level from 8 levels in two aspects of technology and management System of gas pipeline risk assessment system, in order to achieve dynamic management of gas pipeline risks to ensure long-term safe and reliable operation of gas pipelines, with a view to make the city gas pipe network safety management to a new height.
