目的分析心血管疾病临床用药常见误区,促进合理给药。方法回顾分析1000例心血管疾病患者病例资料,分析统计患者用药情况,对用药不合理情况进行讨论研究。结果依照《药物临床信息参考》、《新编药物学》、《临床用药须知》及用药药品说明书对患者用药配伍、用量、用法和抗生素的使用进行分析,统计学分析采用SPSS19.0,1000例患者中共有231例患者出现用药问题,占比23.10%。其中,47例为药物配伍不合理,占比4.70%;39例为抗生素物使用错误,占比3.90%;51例为用药不符合临床诊断,占比5.10%;45例为未考虑用药禁忌症,占比4.50%;49例为药物用法、用量失准,占比4.90%。结论心血管疾病的临床用药常见误区有药物配伍不合理、抗生素物使用错误、用药不符合临床诊断、用药不符合临床诊断及药物用法、用量失准五大误区。
Objective To analyze the common errors in the clinical use of cardiovascular diseases and promote the rational administration. Methods A retrospective analysis of 1000 cases of cardiovascular disease patient data, analysis of the patient medication situation, irrational use of drugs to discuss the case study. Results The compatibility, dosage, usage and antibiotic use of the patients were analyzed according to the reference of “Clinical Information of Drugs”, “Newly-edited Pharmacology”, “Notes on Clinical Use of Drugs” and the instructions for drug use. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 and 1000 A total of 231 patients in the patient medication problems, accounting for 23.10%. Among them, 47 cases were incompatible with drugs, accounting for 4.70%; 39 cases were wrongly used with antibiotics, accounting for 3.90%; 51 cases were incompatible with clinical diagnosis, accounting for 5.10%; 45 cases were not considered drug contraindications , Accounting for 4.50%; 49 cases of drug usage, the amount of misalignment, accounting for 4.90%. Conclusions Common misunderstandings of clinical drug use in cardiovascular diseases include unreasonable drug compatibility, incorrect use of antibiotics, non-compliance with clinical diagnosis, drug mismatch with clinical diagnosis and drug usage, and inaccurate dosage.
