一九五六年国家经济建设公债条例已经公布,现在对公债的发行工作指示如下:一、一九五六年国家经济建设公债从一九五六年一月一日起开始发行。发行公债是国家筹集建设资金的经常的和重要的方法之一。胜利地完成一九五六年国家经济建设公债的推销任务,在政治上和经济上都具有着重要的意义。二、一九五六年国家经济建设公债,应当根据合理分配、自愿认购的原则组织推销。
The National Economic Construction Bonds Ordinance has been promulgated in 1956 and the instructions on the issuance of government bonds are now as follows: 1. The national economic construction bonds issued in 1956 will be issued on January 1, 1956. Issuing public debt is one of the frequent and important ways for the state to raise funds for construction. Victory in completing the marketing task of the national economic construction bonds in 1956 is of great political and economic significance. 2. In 1956, the state economic construction bonds shall be organized and sold according to the principles of reasonable distribution and voluntary subscription.
