本研究系通过青海察尔汗天然钾盐究制的低钠盐青Ⅰ号,对63例原发性缓进型高血压患者食用一个月期间的观察,每人每日食用9克,停服其它盐类食品。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压患者停用降压药及其它药物治疗。结果84%的患者血压出现有统计学意义的下降,下降曲线显示缓、平、稳。实验期间血清钠降低,尿钠/钾比值下降,说明纠正了体内的高盐状态。随着血压下降,某些病人心功能亦有改善,部分超重病人体重有所下降。这些结果提示低钠盐对高血压的防治有一定的作用。
