目的对某大型金融企业员工3年的健康体检结果进行统计分析,找出相关的健康管理的因素,从而为实施合理的健康管理提供科学的依据。方法对2012年—2014年连续3年于四川大学华西医院健康管理中心参加体检的某大型金融企业员工的体检结果进行统计,通过对比分析,对几种常见异常体检结果进行概括总结。结果 2012年—2014年,该企业体检结果完全正常的员工比例分别为4.97%、2.01%和1.48%,呈逐年递减的趋势。超重、脂肪肝和血脂异常始终处于异常检查结果的前3位,且男性员工上述指标异常检出率远高于女性员工(P<0.05)。女性员工中,超重的检出率始终位于异常检查结果首位,宫颈柱状上皮异位始终位于前3位,而肝囊肿和宫颈纳氏囊肿也分别在2013年和2014年位于第3位和第2位的高位。结论该企业员工健康管理力度堪忧,应该引起足够重视,加强健康管理,提高身体素质。
Objective To conduct a statistical analysis on the results of three-year health examination of employees in a large-scale financial enterprise and find out the related factors of health management so as to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of sound health management. Methods The results of the physical examination of a large financial enterprise employee taking part in the physical examination from 2012 to 2014 in the West China Hospital Health Management Center of Sichuan University were collected for three consecutive years. Through comparative analysis, the results of several common abnormal physical examination were summarized. Results From 2012 to 2014, the proportion of employees whose health examination results were completely normal was 4.97%, 2.01% and 1.48%, respectively, showing a declining trend year by year. Overweight, fatty liver and dyslipidemia were always in the top 3 of the abnormal examination results, and the detection rate of the abnormality of the above-mentioned indicators was significantly higher in male employees than in female employees (P <0.05). Among female employees, the detection rate of overweight was always the highest in the anomalous examination results, and the ectopic cervical columnar epithelium was always in the top 3, while the cysts of the liver and cervix were ranked third and third respectively in 2013 and 2014 High position. Conclusion The employees’ health management is worrying, which should pay enough attention to strengthening health management and improving physical fitness.
