本文以“十堰市各大汽车企业用人要求”为主题,基于对二本院校(湖北汽车工业学院)汽车专业学生和汽车企业的调研结果,结合网络资料搜索,对得到的数据进行分析,从而得出当今汽车企业与二本院校汽车专业毕业生的供求关系,旨在通过研究的结果提出针对性、可行性的建议来帮助二本院校汽车专业学生更好的找到自己的大学方向。
Based on the research results of automotive students and auto enterprises in two institutions (Hubei Automotive Industry Institute), the paper analyzes the data obtained from the search of network data by the theme of “Employment requirements of major automobile enterprises in Shiyan City” , So as to get the relationship between supply and demand of automobile enterprises and automobile graduates of the two universities. The aim is to propose pertinent and feasible suggestions based on the results of the research so as to help the automotive students of the two universities better find their own universities direction.
