目的:探讨手卫生持续质量改进策略对医院感染的影响。方法:安装洗手设施;根据临床需求不断完善洗手设施和配备手消毒剂;结合洗手和手消毒液消耗量,定期或不定期对医务人员的手卫生依从性进行检查;强化手卫生管理。使用PDCA循环制定持续质量改进设计表,确定实施方案,强调全员参加。结果:从2010~2012年,洗手设施不断完善,干手设备逐步合理化,手消毒液消耗和洗手依从性大大增加,手卫生质量持续提高,从35%提高到92%,医院感染率从3.65%下降到1.98%。结论:运用PDCA循环实施持续质量改进管理,可以提高手卫生的依从性,增强科室的凝聚力,提高科长的管理水平,减少医院感染率。
Objective: To explore the impact of hand hygiene quality improvement strategies on nosocomial infections. Methods: The hand washing facilities were installed. The hand washing facilities and hand disinfecting agents were continuously improved according to the clinical needs. The hand hygiene compliance of medical staffs was inspected on a regular or irregular basis in combination with the consumption of hand and hand sanitizers. The management of hand hygiene was strengthened. Use the PDCA cycle to develop continuous quality improvement design tables, identify implementation scenarios, and emphasize full participation. Results: From 2010 to 2012, hand-washing facilities were continuously improved, hand-drying equipment was gradually rationalized, consumption of hand sanitizers and hand-washing compliance were greatly increased, hand hygiene quality continued to increase from 35% to 92%, and hospital infection rate was 3.65% Dropped to 1.98%. Conclusion: The implementation of continuous quality improvement management using PDCA cycle can improve compliance of hand hygiene, enhance the cohesion of departments, improve the management level and reduce the hospital infection rate.
