在常规蒸馏流程中,加热塔底蒸发器所输入的能量大约有 95%在塔顶被冷却空气或冷却水带走,一般情况下这部分能量不能得到进一步的回收利用。多年来,人们已采用了多种方法和手段对蒸馏塔的装置和操作进行改进,节约能量 2%~ 50%。近年来,人们开始在石油化工装置的蒸馏过程中利用热泵技术降低蒸馏过程的能耗。对气体分馏装置中丙烷──丙烯分离系统的常规蒸馏与热泵蒸馏流程进行比较后发现,热泵蒸馏可比常规蒸馏流程节约能量达 80%以上。
In the conventional distillation process, about 95% of the energy input to the bottom evaporator is taken away by cooling air or cooling water at the top of the tower. This part of the energy is generally not recycled. Over the years, people have adopted a variety of methods and means to improve the distillation column device and operation, saving 2% to 50%. In recent years, people began to use heat pump technology in the distillation process of petrochemical plants to reduce the energy consumption of the distillation process. Comparing the conventional distillation and heat pump distillation of propane-propylene separation system in gas fractionator, it is found that heat pump distillation can save more than 80% of the energy of conventional distillation.
