通过采用“絮凝+MBR+活性炭”的方法综合处理丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)生产废水,首次采用了聚砜-纳米TiO_2中空纤维超滤膜组件。实验结果表明,3种方法的复合使用可以更高效的处理ABS生产废水,对COD和SS的平均去除率分别为99%和98.6%,从而使ABS树脂废水达到GB 18918-2002一级A排放标准,实现中水回用的目标,高效环保地解决了ABS废水处理中遇到的问题。
By using the method of “flocculation + MBR + activated carbon” to synthesize the wastewater of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) production, the polysulfone-nano TiO_2 hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane module was firstly used. The experimental results show that the combined use of the three methods can more effectively deal with ABS production wastewater, the average removal rate of COD and SS were 99% and 98.6%, respectively, so that ABS resin wastewater to GB 18918-2002 Class A emission standards , To achieve the goal of reuse of water, efficient and environmentally friendly solution to the problems encountered in the ABS wastewater treatment.
