云南、贵州、四川和广西四省区高等农林院校图书馆馆长会议第二届年会暨学术讨论会于1990年4月9—13日在四川农业大学举行。出席会议的农林院校共7所,正式代表21名。会议首先进行了经验交流和学术研讨,并在协调订购工作方面,达成两项实质性的协议:一、交换各馆原版外刊订购目录。二、交换原版外文图书目录(价值在人民币500元以上)。根据初略统计,如协调工作顺利进行,可避免重复订购,节约人民币10万余元。会议还就其他共同关心的问题,诸如购书经费,人员
The 2nd Annual Conference and Symposium of Librarians’ Meeting of Higher Agricultural and Forestry Academic Libraries in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Guangxi Provinces was held in Sichuan Agricultural University on April 9-13, 1990. A total of seven agricultural and forestry institutions attended the meeting, with 21 officially appointed representatives. The meeting first conducted exchange of experiences and academic discussions and reached two substantive agreements on the coordination of the ordering work: First, exchange catalogs of the original foreign magazines in each museum. Second, the exchange of original foreign language books directory (worth more than 500 yuan). According to preliminary statistics, such as coordinating the smooth progress of work, to avoid duplication of orders, saving more than 10 million yuan.
