随着农村改革开放和经济建设的深入,农民的思想呈现出多元化的态势,乡镇党委必须适应这一变化,始终坚持以民为本,解决农民最关心的热点难点问题,在实际工作要将“帮民富、察民情、解民忧、维民利”等工作与思想政治教育工作有机结合起来,才能增强思想政治教育工作的实效性。
With the deepening of rural reform and opening up and economic construction, the peasants’ thinking has shown a diversified trend. The township and town party committees must adapt to this change. They must always adhere to the people-oriented principle and solve the hot and difficult issues most peasants are most concerned about. Only by combining organically the work of “helping the rich and the people, investigating the public’s feelings, resolving popular concerns and safeguarding the interests of the people and civilians,” and ideological and political education can we enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
