张沛然、牟吉珉、陈景铭(大连市劳动卫生研究所)报道:例1:女,30岁,油漆工,接触苯作业8年(门窗开放时,车间苯浓度测定值为0.01～0.053mg/m~3),1987年4月7日入院。患者于4年前开始出现头昏、乏力、皮下淤斑,近两年有鼻(血丑)、齿龈出血、月经量增多,半月来无明显原因高烧而住院治疗。既往健康,无特殊服药史,否定家族遗传性疾病及放射线接触史。体检:T37.2℃,
