企业报是新闻战线上一支重要方面军,她在宣传党的政策、凝聚企业职工、推动“两个文明”建设等方面发挥着重要的作用。随着客观形势的不断发展变化,随着职工群众文化素质的不断提高,企业报如何在众多媒体的竞争中,站稳脚跟,冲出“围城”,在服务全局、服务企业的同时,为职工群众提供更多、更精美的文化大餐,这是摆在所有企业报面前的一道思考题。另外,现在许多媒体都在探讨提高舆论引导能力的问题,企业报办好副刊,也是提高引导能力的题中应有之义。本期刊登的这3篇文章,介绍了他们在办好企业报副刊方面的一些有益的探索和取得的一些成绩,目的在于引起企业报同仁的注意,集思广益,互相交流,互相借鉴,取长补短,共同努力,把企业报办成深受职工群众喜爱的新闻纸。
