我国第一台S240型仿形数控龙门铣床,经过北京航空工艺研究所近两年的消化吸收与技术攻关,于1991年7月研制成功。精度检验、性能测试和样件试切结果表明,其技术指标均符合法国同类机床标准,并达到美国宇航NAS979数控机床标准。第一台机床的研制成功,使该所取得了制造、装配、总调试的经验,为小批量生产打下了坚实的基础。 S240型仿形数控龙门铣床,2400×4000×1200,规格适中;5轴控制,3轴联动;配备FIDIA数控系统,具有仿形数字化和数控功能;主轴头、A轴、C轴均360°旋转,可实现5面加工;有24把刀具的刀库,使机床实际上成为龙门式加工中心;装有测头,可实现工件自动测量。S240型机床适用于汽车模具加工和通用机械加工,用途广泛。该机床将为汽车制造厂加速汽车改型换代以及飞机模具工装制造提供先进的数控设备。
