Among the many Western civilizations that were introduced to China early on, photography was one of the earlier, and the establishment of a photo studio was more or less the same as that of a foreign country. In 1839, the portraitist Daguerre, an opera house in Paris, France, invented the silver version of the photographic method. In the same year, the French Academy of Sciences published the invention.
